Whether it's colleagues, friends, or a partner, your relationships should make you feel good, and you should feel safe to be yourself.
If you find that someone makes you doubt your worth, or if they make you feel drained of energy, then that person doesn’t belong in your life. It’s self-love to know that the people you’re choosing are actively choosing you too.

One of the simplest ways to integrate fun into your life is to surround yourself with things that inspire you. Whether it’s your room, your place, your car, or even your laptop, it’s so important to remember that the space in which you live is your own. You can make it as wild or as tame as you desire.

The best tip I can give you is to wear what you love. You need to wear what you love if you want to feel good about yourself. I find that when I wear clothes that make me feel most like myself, I am more confident and can show myself at my best.
So whether it's applying makeup in a way that makes you feel the most beautiful or dressing in way that make you feel the most authentically yourself, remember that you don't have to justify what you wear to anyone but yourself. Wearing clothes that make you feel good is one of the simplest ways to invest in yourself on a daily basis.
Eat a variety of healthy foods
In order to take care of ourselves, we need to make healthy choices. This can look different for everyone, depending on things like your age and where you live. The important thing is finding a way of eating that makes you feel good, whether it’s cooking something new every night or getting a treat at the end of every meal.
Eating well shouldn’t feel like a chore or be something only done when it’s time to celebrate. It’s more than just being excited about what we eat—it’s also about feeling excited about life!
Make time for the things you enjoy
Lastly, while some aspects of our lives are beyond our control, focusing on what we can is an important part of maintaining our inner peace.
For example, for most of us, taking care of ourselves also means making responsible choices. This could be anything from moving our bodies, to waking up early, to working to pay the bills.
If you absolutely hate working out, take control by finding an activity you actually enjoy doing. If it’s waking up early, create a morning routine that gets you excited to start your day. And if it’s your job, find somewhere that’s rewarding and where you can feel fulfilled.
