Selfish By Lola was started with one mission in mind... encouraging everyone to take a break and take care of themselves. Sometimes, physical and mental stress has a way of slowing you down and forcing you to take a break. As an overworked mom of 3, I never took the time to take care of myself and I paid the price for that. I was forced to take a break and take care of myself, and I made a choice to never let that happen again. Everyday, I choose to take a break, practice self care, and share the joy of self care with the world.
